We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

4. Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as we begin processing promptly to meet our shipping timelines. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phia Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
