If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to support@phiajewelrynyc.com within 14 days of delivery. While we will always do our best to assist, returns or refunds are not guaranteed unless an error was made on our end. If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and associated fees.
